Conditions Of Car Rental | - All our cars are chauffeur driven if not otherwise specified. All our experienced drivers are in the possession of the appropriate driver license.
- Max. usage per day is 10 hours. For extra hours a surcharge will be applicable depending on the time required.
- Fuel expenses are for the account of the renter. The car will be delivered with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If not the difference will be charges plus an extra fee of US$ 20,-.
- The agreed fare has to be paid in advance, for the booked period , with cash payment or per bank transfer.
- The renter is not responsible for damage to the car which may occur with an accident.
- The renter is fully responsible that all passengers in the car are in the possession of a sufficient medical and liability insurance which covers travelling in Ghana.
- The company is not responsible for any damage , personally and financially , to the passengers of the vehicle in case of an accident.
- For overnight travel outside Accra a overnight allowance of US$ 15,- will be charged.
